Please read this before you use Sanam AI.

1. Characters are artificial intelligence

Every character in Sanam AI is generated by artificial intelligence. Characters are not real people, do not have real feelings, memories or lives, and are not operated by a human in real time. Their names, backgrounds, photos, opinions and stories are fiction created for entertainment and companionship. Any resemblance to a real person is coincidental.

2. Replies can be wrong

AI can produce statements that sound confident but are inaccurate, out of date, biased or made up. Do not treat what a character says as fact. Check anything important with a reliable source before you act on it.

3. Not professional advice

Nothing in Sanam AI is medical, mental health, legal, financial, investment, tax or other professional advice, and no professional relationship is created.

  • Health and fitness characters share general wellness information only. See a doctor before changing your diet, exercise or medicine, and for any pain, injury or condition.
  • Learning, money and career characters share general education only. They do not recommend investments and do not promise income, ranks or results.
  • Astrology, tarot and numerology characters are for entertainment and reflection. Their readings are not predictions and should not be used to make decisions about health, money, relationships or safety.

4. Not for emergencies

Sanam AI cannot help in an emergency and does not contact anyone on your behalf. If you or someone else is in danger, call 112. If you are thinking about harming yourself, call Tele-MANAS on 14416 (free, 24 hours, India) or go to your nearest hospital.

5. Pictures are generated

Character photos and any pictures you request are created by AI. They do not show real people or real events.

6. Your responsibility

You are responsible for your own decisions and for how you use what characters say. Do not share passwords, bank details, identity numbers or other sensitive information in chats.

7. Report a problem

If a character says something harmful, offensive or untrue, press and hold the message and choose Report, or write to support@sanamai.online.
